In which market/region can I use the Gift Card?
The Gift Card is valid in the market or region where it was purchased. It can be used online and in participating Save The Duck stores, excluding outlets.
Do I need to activate the Gift Card before using it?
No, you don’t. The Gift Card is already active from the moment of purchase, whether bought online or in store.
How can I use my Gift Card for the first time for an online purchase?
At checkout, enter the alphanumeric code shown on the card and complete your purchase.
How can I check the balance of a Gift Card?
You can check the balance online in the dedicated section or ask our store staff.
Can I add multiple Gift Cards to my cart?
At the moment, you can purchase only one Gift Card at a time. To send more than one, simply place a separate order for each one.
Which Gift Card amounts can I choose from?
You can choose from €50, €100, and €200 Gift Cards.
*The physical Gift Card can only be used in the following stores: Milan Via Dante, Milan Via Solferino, Milan CityLife, Rome, Bolzano, Bologna, Florence, Orio Center, Palermo, Merano, and Venice. Not valid in outlets.
