Our take-back service is now available in all Save The Duck stores across Italy*.
Drop off your clean, pre-loved garments in the dedicated box to get a 15% discount on your next purchase.
The garments will be entrusted to Humana People to People Italia , who will carefully sort and resell them to support the organization’s social and environmental projects.
In 2024 alone, the Humana People to People International Federation improved the living conditions of 15 million people through development programs in education, health, sustainable agriculture, and community building.

IN ONLY THREE STEPS
Step 1: Scan & Authenticate
Scan the QR code on your Save The Duck garment to access its Digital Product Passport. Authenticate your item through Certilogo’s secure platform.
Step 2: Choose to Donate
After authentication, select the "Donate to Humana Onlus" option. Your garment will be used to support meaningful causes.
Step 3: Make an Impact
Complete your donation: choose between scheduling a free pick-up and send your item to Humana’s system or delivering it in person to a Humana store.

THE JOURNEY TO CIRCULARITY
The donation feature represents the third phase of our collaboration with Certilogo, following the launch of the Digital Product Passport (from SS24 collection) and the eBay Click-to-Resell service.
This latest step combines product transparency with an accessible donation option, promoting positive environmental and social impacts. Initially launching as a pilot in Italy, the project is set to expand across Europe in the near future.
*The take-back service is active until December 31 in Save The Duck stores across Italy, excluding Milan Solferino and Venice. Donations must consist of clean, gently used garments packed in securely closed bags. All items will be carefully sorted and repurposed to support Humana’s social and environmental initiatives in Italy and around the world. The 15% discount code can be used for an in-store purchase until December 31.
