Since 2020, we’ve been proud participants in the UN Global Compact, committing to its 10 universal principles on human rights, labour, environmental responsibility, and anti-corruption.


We also support the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), using the SDG Action Manager to assess, benchmark, and improve our impact.

Global Compact Network Italy

WE’RE FOUNDING MEMBERS

In 2024, we became one of the 85 founding members of the Global Compact Network Italy. We are proud to work alongside other Italian organizations to accelerate collective action toward a more responsible future.

Our four principles

In our Sustainability Policy, commitments and values are formalised with respect to four principles, aligned with those of the UN Global Compact. They relate to:
- human rights: we make sure that we are not complicit in abuses - albeit indirect - within the scope of our activities.
- work: so that it is an instrument that guarantees dignity, respecting the fundamental rights of people.
- environmental protection: for the promotion of initiatives in support of respect and responsibility towards our planet.
- fight against corruption: which must be combated in all its forms.

Integrated reporting

Since 2023-2024, we’ve published an Integrated Report that combines financial and sustainability results in a single, cohesive document. It reflects our belief that economic performance and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments are inseparable.

Both financial and non-financial data are subject to third-party assurance, underscoring our commitment to transparency and accountability.
