Shoulders

Measure from the edge of one shoulder to the other, across the back. Keep the tape straight and slightly taut, but not tight.

Waist
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso. The tape should sit comfortably without pressing into the skin.

Hips

Measure around the widest part of your hips, making sure the tape stays level and parallel to the floor.
