In 2021, we introduced our Diversity & Inclusion Policy, designed to foster a culture of equal dignity and opportunity. Our aim: to eliminate inequities across the people, partners, and communities we work with.

Our DE&I action plan is rooted in four core pillars: embracing an agile mindset, valuing diverse talent, ensuring equal opportunities, and adopting gender-neutral language and representation across our products and communication.

We support the Women's Empowerment Principles

Since 2020, we’ve been proud signatories of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs), a set of seven principles created by UN Women and the UN Global Compact to advance gender equality in the workplace, the marketplace, and the community.

To date, we are one of five Italian companies in the Textiles & Apparel sector that are signatories.*
